STRIKER Jabo Ibehre believes the O's will need to show the same energy and passion' that saw them return to winning ways at Luton last weekend when they entertain Nottingham Forest this Saturday.
Ibehre scored the only goal of the game in a fairly feisty encounter at Kenilworth Road. And he believes that if Martin Ling's men can show the same fight that saw them stand up to the Hatters rough tactics - then they have a chance of avenge the 4-0 defeat they suffered at the hands of Forest last month.
He said: "There are no easy games in this league whether it be a big club like Forest, or one of the smaller teams like Cheltenham.
"And just because they are a big club it doesn't mean that we can't beat them, because we will also have 11 men out on the pitch as well.
"We beat them at their place last season and I know if we put the same energy and passion into the game as we did at Luton then there is every chance we can defeat them.
"We certainly owe Forest one after the defeat they inflicted on us last month and I'm sure all the lads will really be up for the game."
